Can juice cleanses help you lose weight?

Juice cleansing can help rid our bodies of built up toxins and waste matter. Because of this and that you do not eat solid food for a period of time, you will lose a few pounds. Once you go back to your regular eating regime & lifestyle you will gain that weight back if nothing else changes. Cleansing on its own is not for weight loss but juice cleansing is a great way to jumpstart a healthy lifestyle with a weight loss goal in mind or if you just want to feel lighter.


There you have it. Juice cleansing for weight loss is not a sustainable long-term solution. Don’t let that discourage you though! There are numerous other benefits of a cleanse that will most certainly put you well on your way to a healthier and improved lifestyle.
